This has been a big week here at Sip & Savor, but it has been an even more significant week for Americans at-large and the freedoms we hold dear.  Too heavy for a Friday?  Perhaps we can better express this through the witty artwork of cartoonist Marshall Ramsey.  Check out his latest cartoon here.

The message is clear: Americans do not want government telling them what they should eat or drink, and thankfully, this week showed us that we live in a nation where personal choice and personal responsibility still reign.

But remember, with freedom comes responsibility.  So this weekend – and every weekend – make a point of considering all of your beverage choices, and choose the one that is best for you and your family.
