America's beverage companies pride themselves on being leaders in helping to protect our planet. Through our many recycling efforts, we are working to eliminate waste to landfills from our manufacturing and production facilities nationwide. Most recently, Dr Pepper Snapple Group joined with Keep America Beautiful to announce they will award more than 900 recycling bins to parks nationwide through their Recycling Bin Grant Program.

In it's sixth year, the recycling program has provided more than 2,500 recycling bins across 44 states. "Our longstanding partnership with Dr Pepper Snapple Group is helping to make an on-the-ground difference in the accessibility of recycling bins in public spaces," said Helen Lowman, president and CEO of Keep America Beautiful.

Recycling and diverting waste has long been at the core of our business. At the beginning of the year, The Coca-Cola Company announced their commitment to collect and recycle 100 percent of their bottles and cans by 2030. And last fall, PepsiCo announced the second year of their Zero Impact Fund, which offers eligible colleges and universities an opportunity to bring campus eco-innovations to life.

Recycling makes environmental sense because it protects natural resources, reduces water use and energy use and diverts recyclable material from landfills. It's something we'll never stop pushing to improve. Learn more at innovationnaturally.org
