Since the soda ban in New York City was first proposed, we’ve heard many voices speak out against this discriminatory and misguided policy. Recently, a piece in the New York Post interviewed small business owners, take-out delivery workers and night club managers how the ban would impact their business and inconvenience their customers. The Post then editorialized about the ban. As details of the ban’s effects emerged, more and more New Yorkers have been speaking out.

Now it’s your turn to voice an opinion. A poll posted on Crain’s New York Business today asks voters if the Mayor’s ban is going too far.  We ask: do you approve of a policy that will unnecessarily cost you and New York businesses more, that forbids parents from ordering a pitcher at their kid’s birthday party or that stands between you and ordering your morning coffee your way?
